Spend Spend Spend..

Alamakaroni, the trip to JB yesterday was postpone. How disappointing, got the news on late Monday somemore. DOH! Had to replan my haircut so ended up doing it today before I returned to school anyway. Went to Jantzen at Jurong Point, alright lah. But the hairdresser didn't quite get what I had wanted, cos I had initially planned to keep my hair long. Ah well, nevermind the weather in SG is so hot anyway. If i was seeded in Australia or something I won't have to reconsider so much. Oh yes, recoloured the whole lot of weed on my scalp. A lighter brown now, after evaluating various comments (especially from my parents, haha). I like this colour, Brown Gold 7/73, but the colour will get pretty indistinct 2 months later or so I think. So must refrain from wet look gels then.

My myopia had gone worse some time ago, last semester after I accidentally smacked my right eyeball with my bath towel while trying to dry myself up quickly in the bathroom. When I went for lecture that same day, I realized I couldnt see clearly with my right eye anymore, was pretty worried that I had scratched my cornea or something but thank God no. Had been squinting my eyes to catch small words in lecture for the last few months, and this semester's lecturers hadnt been too forgiving with their font sizes either so needed to do something bout it. I have 3 pairs of spectacles now, so don't want to get a 4th pair (which would most probably be Oakley's again). Hence I got meself contacts for the rest of the semester, 2 months worth of Grey coloured contacts. Hiak hiak! I had originally wanted brown, same colour as my hair mah. Unfortunately their brown contacts were more orangish than brown. Eww.. Anyway I used to wear contacts when I was sec.3-4, and coloured contacts used to cost a bomb back then. I bought sapphire blue ones somemore, so imagine my teacher's comments. Haha..

Its my 1 week break!

I had wanted to delay this update til the time I have a surprise to show u readers. Unfortunately the surprise didn't quite work out, and I'll have to prematurely announce this instead. Haha, well I was trying to get a new phone - Sony Ericsson k750i. In case you're wondering where I got my money from, I sold off my rather new camera (again). It's a long story, so don't ask why. In summary, I figured out the phone could better suit my needs instead of lugging a camera around everywhere I go. Having said that, unfortunately, the phone I bought had some problems and had to be returned to the service center, hence I can't show you any pictures of it.. yet. Bleh!

On a lighter note, it's my HOLIDAYS!! Actually not, cos I've to study this week. So sickening. But the good part is, I'll be studying in hostel which is equivalent to studying in my chalet. I know it's a little hard to reconcile the words CHALET with STUDYING, but it really makes my studying process a lot more fun to do it in my little chalet. Anyone in school over the week? Can drop by or jio me out for a meal. Haha, I'll be alone in the room most of the time otherwise, cooped up and all. Monday is my only rest day, but I'll have some readings to do. Both for church and studies then a meeting at night. Tues is quite exciting. Going JB with TOTS committee to 'celebrate' the closure of our event back in August. I wonder who celebrates. The Chair/Vice Chair or the rest of the committee? I think they'll celebrate more cos dinner is on us. Double bleh. Haha.. Will find time to redo my hair in that afternoon too. Hopefully can catch a good movie as well cos it's Movie Day in M'sia on Tuesdays so RM6 only!! Heard some Campus Crusaders will be eating at the same restaurant as us that night, so exciting! It's gonna be a party!

Webcam fun

My apologies for being infrequent in my entries these days. Kinda lost the drive to blog cos stopped photography for awhile now, and cos I suspect no one reads my blog much anyway. Haha!

I've gotten myself a new webcam! Okie, it's my first and it's very much fun albeit time wasting. Wasted 1 hr of much-ado-about-nothing with Brownie, just fooling around on MSN video chat. Really crappy, but it was fun. Now trying to take pictures with it, but apparently my hostel room is too dark for it to take pictures nicely. Ah well, thats what you get for $45 anyway. Cheap stuff, but good stuff. Oh ya, it's the Logitech Quickcam Chat by the way. Got it at Comex, thanks to OCX and Karen, who got the same model together for discounted price! :)
