Power of Post Processing

Good evening folks, it's time for "Daniel's Useful Fact of The Day" once more. Have you lovelies ever wondered why I mention "Pics are not manipulated" in some of the posts with photos? Well, today you're about to find out why such a phrase is important in digital photography. Basically what I mean is that, the photos are fresh from the camera and no digital improvements (or post-processing as photographers call it) have been made.

Now here comes the interesting part of the today's section. I'm gonna show you just a little of what post processing can do to your photos and improve its visual, aesthetic quality. Just a quick demonstration. Here I have an unprocessed photograph from my camera. It has been resized so it fits on screen but no other changes have been made.

Just a few quick changes on photoshop and here's how it looks like when touched up a little.

The changes possible are by no means exhaustive, and of course it's up to everyone's creativity. So that's the power of "post processing" to enhance your photos. Not convinced? Try comparing the post processed photographs below with my unprocessed Bintan photos in the earlier post. See if you can tell the differences! Have fun.
